What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on food items once they have been shipped.
Because El Jefe Snacks are perishable goods, we cannot restock or resell returned products. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of food safety and quality for all customers.

If there is an issue with your order such as:

Include your order number and photos of the product so our team can review the issue quickly.
If a product is determined to have a quality or batch issue, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.
